About Us
Who are we?
Inspire Tomorrow is run by a diverse group of committed students from the University of Ottawa, who aspire to make positive and meaningful change within local communities. By having the qualities of empathy, collaboration, and compassion at our forefront. We strive to uplift and empower the youth, whose hands our future rests in.
Our goal is to establish and grow long lasting relationships within low-income communities, to provide these areas with the support they require. We aim to eventually expand, in the form of local chapters, which would incorporate local youth in our efforts to foster the greatest outreach.
Mission Statement
Inspire Tomorrow empowers disadvantaged youth through diverse activities and initiatives. From sports events to skill-building workshops, we foster teamwork, personal growth, and life long learning. We are dedicated to bridging the gaps and addressing the unmet needs faced by young individuals, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages personal growth, skill development, and creative expression. Together, we envision a brighter future as these empowered individuals become agents of positive change in their communities and beyond.
Our Story
As kids growing up from minority demographics and lower-income backgrounds, we intimately understood the challenges that these communities face. As we matured, we recognized the hurdles and unmet needs that the youth experienced, which ignited a shared passion for empowering disadvantaged youth. We embarked on a path to establish an organization focused on equipping the youth with the skills they need to excel. As university students, we are dedicated to provide opportunities and support for young people, enabling them to overcome obstacles and unlock their full potential for a brighter future.
